Digital Skins – Body Atmospheres

Digital Skins – Body Atmospheres is an experimental collaboration between Perry Curties and Nancy Tilbury, exploring the role of 21st Century Bodies and identifying innovative codes and modalities of dress for 2050.
This film is an edit of 12 shorter films which each explore questions about the future of couture and beauty such as the ‘Cloud Gown’ a gas and particle dress; and swallowable electronics which heighten the senses, as well as Skin extensions and flesh growths as contemporary beautification and body modification.
